Processing time

After you place an order, our supplier partners typically prepare and dispatch it within 2-5 business days. During high-demand periods, this may take slightly longer.

 

Delivery times

Because items ship directly from our supplier partners, delivery typically takes 7-20 business days depending on your location, sometimes longer during customs delays or busy periods.

 

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on every order, worldwide.

 

Tracking

Once your order ships, we email you tracking information. Please allow 24-72 hours for tracking to update with the courier.

 

Customs and duties

For orders shipped outside Georgia, prices do not include destination country customs duties or import taxes, which may be collected by the courier on delivery.

 

Address accuracy

We ship to the address provided at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipment may involve an additional fee.

 

Delayed or lost packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us at gemtechs3@gmail.com with your order number. If a package has not arrived within 45 days of the ship date, we will investigate and arrange a refund or replacement if it is confirmed lost.

Items may ship separately from different supplier locations and arrive at different times.
