Delivery Terms
To purchase products, please complete the registration, select the desired product, and an invoice will be sent to the email address you provided. After the payment is received, your order will be processed and prepared for shipment within no later than 8 hours.
Courier service in Tbilisi is free for orders over 50 GEL.
Delivery is made on the same day if the order is placed before 12:00 PM, otherwise on the next day.
Courier service to regions costs 15 GEL.
Delivery takes place within 3 days from the order date.
No returns are accepted after purchase.
Orders are inspected externally upon delivery. If a technical defect is discovered in the product, the buyer must notify the company within 48 hours, and the product will be replaced.
